What is Castreo? ▾
Castreo is a cloud-based platform that streams your pre-recorded videos as live streams 24/7. Upload your video once, and Castreo will loop it continuously on YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, or any platform that accepts RTMP.
Do I need any technical knowledge? ▾
No. Castreo is designed for everyone. If you can copy-paste a stream key from YouTube, you can use Castreo. No OBS, no servers, no command line.
How long does setup take? ▾
Most users go live within 2 minutes of signing up. Create account → Upload video → Paste stream key → Hit Start.
What video formats are supported? ▾
MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV and most common video formats. We recommend MP4 (H.264) for best results. Maximum file size is 10GB per file.
Streaming
Which platforms does Castreo support? ▾
YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, X (Twitter), Kick, MixCloud, and any custom RTMP destination. If a platform provides an RTMP URL and stream key, Castreo can stream to it.
What happens if my stream disconnects? ▾
Castreo's auto-restart watchdog monitors your stream continuously. If it detects a drop, it automatically restarts within seconds. You'll never have to manually restart.
Can I stream multiple videos in a playlist? ▾
Yes! Create a playlist with multiple videos in any order. Castreo will loop through them continuously. Perfect for music channels, nature streams, or multi-topic content.
What is the video quality? ▾
All plans support Full HD 1080p streaming at 30fps. Your stream quality depends on the source video — Castreo will stream at the quality of your uploaded file.
Billing & Plans
Do I need a credit card for the free trial? ▾
No credit card required for the 7-day free trial on the Lite plan. Just sign up and start streaming immediately.
What happens after the trial ends? ▾
Your active streams will pause. All your videos, settings and stream configurations are saved. Subscribe to any plan to resume instantly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? ▾
Yes, you can change plans at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Absolutely. Cancel any time from your account settings. No questions asked, no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
