Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Castreo. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account or using Castreo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are using Castreo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Castreo is a cloud-based live streaming platform that allows users to stream pre-recorded video content continuously to platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, and others via RTMP. We provide streaming infrastructure, video storage, and stream management tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Castreo offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which Paddle will calculate and collect.
New users on the Lite plan receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, streaming will be suspended until a paid plan is activated. Trial accounts are limited to 1 simultaneous stream.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Castreo. By uploading content, you grant Castreo a limited license to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Castreo's platform, code, design, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Castreo and may not be copied or used without permission.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, stream failures, or technical issues. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service with or without advance notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castreo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized commercial law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
